6 Pears (1 1/2 cups juice)

3 carrots (3/4 cup juice)

2 bananas, mashed 1

1/2 cups ice

 

  1.  separately juice the pears and carrots. set aside 1 1/2 cups of the pear juice and 3/4 cup of the carrot juice.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the juices with the bananas and ice, and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth
  3.  Serve immediately

 

( This recipe makes about 3 1/2 cups )

 

Zowie Maui Juice Recipe

 

1 tangerine ( 1/4 cup juice)

1 kiwi fruit ( 1/4 cup jucie)

1/4 pineaple (1/4 cup juice)

3/4 cup ice

 

  1. separately juice the tangerine, kiwi fruit, and pineapple. set aside 1/4 cup of the tangerine juice, 1/4 cup of the kiwi juice, and 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice.
  2.  In a blender or food processor, combine the juices with the bananas and ice, and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth
  3. serve immediately

1 small piece ginger root

( 1 teaspoon juice)

 

  1. separately juice the apples, beet, and ginger. set aside 1 1/2 cups of the apple juice, 1/4 cup of the beet juice, and 1 tea-spoon of the ginger juice.
  2.  Combine the juices, and serve immediately. ( This recipe makes about 1 3/4 cups )

 

Citrus tonic Recipe

 

4 oranges (1 cup juice )

1/2 grape fruit ( 1/3 cup juice )

1 lemon ( 2 table spoons juice)

1/2 cup club soda

1 cup ice

 

  1. separately juice the oranges, grape fruit, and lemon. set aside 1 cup of the oranges juice, 1/3 cup of the grape fruit juice and 2 teaspoons of the lemon juice.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the juices with the club soda and ice, and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. serve immediately.

 

Apple Sprout Juice

6 apples (1 1/2 cups juice)

(1 tablespoon juice)

  1. separately juice the apples, carrots, and sprouts set aside 1 1/2 cups of the apple juice, 1 cup of the carrot juice, and 1 tablespoon of the sprout juice
